The total cost of this course is
ELCAS require you to pay a 20% contribution (), which we take as a deposit to secure your booking. We will then invoice ELCAS for the remaining balance.
We will contact you shortly after receiving this form to collect payment or provide payment details if you decide to pay by BACS.
You will be sent an invoice upon receipt of your completed booking form. Full payment must be received prior to attending the course.
Booking and Cancellation Policy: Early booking is advised as places are strictly limited. We stop taking bookings once the course is fully subscribed. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel the course if there is insufficient demand.Cancellations must be received in writing by post or email. Cancellations and transfer requests can be accepted up to four working weeks prior to the start of the course, and we can provide one free transfer to another course at this stage. If your request to cancel or transfer is received less than four working weeks prior to the first day of the course, you will be charged in full. No refunds or transfers can be offered for late cancellation or non-attendance for any reason.Liability: The liability of UK Mediation shall be limited to the provision of training only. In the event of the trainer’s illness, accident, or any other circumstance which prevents the company from providing the training course on the dates specified, then no liability shall be accepted for any expenses thereby incurred by the purchaser.
